alignment spec for minimal fender rub

so ,
the fed ex guy came the other day with a few boxes full of goodies and next weekend i am going to get my new lift installed .

here is what i ordered

toytec ultimate lift
LR uca's
1.25 "apidertraxx spacer
i am retaining my stock 20" limited wheels for now and going with 275/60/20 nitto t/g's

now my question is when i take it to the alignment shop i would assume they would know all the alignment specs. but! if they don't what should i tell them to get the best maximum clearannce to minimize inner fender rub ..?

More pos. caster,like 4.0 or more but set the LR's to Zero and do the fender liner mod! Spidertrax increase the chance of rubbing though.

really?? i did not know that . i thought they were supposed to help with the rubbing . i assume then they are strictly for the stance then . ?

Ya you may want to rethink the use of spacers but if you already have them I guess you could try it both ways. As for the alignment Harper is the man! Follow his advise and you'll be fine, as you'll see in the attached thread I know from experience.

thanks for the comments . yea , when it comes to the spacers i was following UFG8R Runner's build and i just emulated his so i went with the same spacers .


also this is my wife's 4runner and it will not see much off road if any so i assume the rub will be minimal unless at full lock ?

Was he having any rub issues? I've seen his build but forget if he did. I'm thinking that with ~3" lift, no spacers and ~ +4 caster you won't have any problems. With spacers :shrug: guess we'll see eh.
