All I want to do is get the front level. What would be the best spacer to use?

and I'd say you need your eyes checked. A (physically) 1" thick spacer gives a perfect amount of lift. I'd say yours wasn't really that small of a lift. Honestly, for a total of $60 for the lift and alignment it was worth the money!

Sorry, but I've measured mine both before and after. The spacer was exactly 1/2" thick and the amount of lift it gave me (as measured from the flat part of the wheel wells to the ground) is exactly 1". I'm not so sure why that's so hard for you to understand.

BTW, my lift didn't require an alignment. It was still within factory specifications.

and I'm not sure why you can't read the measurements and know mine isn't over-leveled. I also know the spacer was exactly 1" thick. either way I'm happy with what I got and I got a great price on it. I'd recommend it to anyone. I'd also recommend having the alignment check afterward even if someone says it will be on... mine was way off with my lift.

There are literally HUNDREDS of threads where members here got twice the amount of lift as the thickness of their spacers. In fact, read this thread and you'll see that EVERYBODY who posted pics in this thread also got a 2:1 ratio of lift from their spacers. Somehow it is ONLY YOU who claims otherwise.

I already told you that I don't care what you did to your 4Runner. It just doesn't matter to me. If you're happy with it, then that should be good enough for you.

so if I read that correctly, a 1" thick spacer will achieve more than a 1" lift....and a 2" thick spacer will achieve more than a 2" lift....

i.e. 1" thick spacer = 2" lift respectively

correct - I installed the Daystar 2.5/1.5 this weekend. The front spacer measured 1.5" in thickness. It raise the front of my car 3"
