Ha, yea i think that is a bumper made by Insain Fab in Colorado. If I recall correctly, the grill was what the owner wanted, so don't blame Insain for the fugly-ness!

Well it is painted in "Mall Crawling Red" which is a pretty nice. I would even have know what type of vehicle it was if it wasn't for that 30" Toyota emblem on the front. When you have an amazing mall crawling bumper like that, you really need to turn the light bars around and have them illuminate it so people can see it at night. Mount some speakers while your at it and blast some Korn for all to hear.

Do you see another car in the picture? Why is the light bar on? It doesn't take a genius to figure what was going on. He was trying to flex his stuff on that rock and the rock won. Whether it was to show off to his buddies or if he wasn't doing it for a photo shoot the end result is that he looks foolish flipping his truck in the parking lot of a strip mall.
