All Terrain 17" Tire Upgrade from Factory

Looking to pick up a 2020 Venture that comes with the All Terrain tire upgrade.

Anyone know which tires these are and if they're any good?

I'll be doing 75% city driving, 15% highway, and the rest, light off road.

My ‘18 came w/ Goodyear Wrangler DuraTrac. Not sure if the brand is a dealer/regional option.
I saw the ‘20s had stock Nitto Terra Grappler in FL.

you can also ask the dealer to put on whatever tires you want before delivery. ive done this twice with no problems and once with no extra charge ! they put the takeoffs on a used car and sell it

My 20' Venture brought Bridgestone Dueller's H/T. Will be replaced by Falken's at some point.
