Altezza taillights anyone?

The black ones arent bad- the carbon fiber ones just look to ricey for my likes. The blacked out ones would probably go nicely with your black truck too. Just please, no chrome Altezza ricey rice taillights
 
I think they look like crap !! Very ricer fast and furious looking from years back. Money you could spend elsewhere on something useful for your truck.

Ok. You are stupid to buy these. :p The altezza style tails is just plain fugly and tacky these days. It's 2008, not 199x. Keep that rice with the SPAM and nori and call it musubi.

Why not just get the newer OEM '06+ LED tail lights instead? It's pretty much a plug and play install. All you have to do is take the old ones out, transfer the signal and reverse bulbs to the new housings, plug it in and you're done.
 
Ehh...not my style but if i had to choose between the two I would pick the black ones. Id rather get the LED tails, but those are $150 per side last I checked.
 
i debated the same thing, then just decided to go to a shop and have all of my backside lights smoked with a light tint. it looks pretty damn good imo..
 
I know most people say the tinted tails are 90's style... but I may get the vht spray tint for mine. I don't plan on going super dark on them primarily for light out the back, but my only fear is getting the pinkish tailights to match up with the red third brake light along with my bumper lights by using the spray. I like black on black on black- can't get enough!!! So even though we are rice powered, I don't like the chromy flashy cheap look.

Honestly they don't look to bad on black 4Runner's, the first pair looks pretty good.

My 4r is silver... They look cool. I was actually contemplating the "black chrome" or the "smoke chrome" lights. I'd love to see all clear, and they would be completely legal because the lower red reflectors would still be present. The law states: when light is applied to the rear of the vehicle, red reflection should appear. Well it still will with them in there. The all clears would look killer
 
Don't get the clear ones. They look f-ugly. I saw one in front of me on the road, and "EEEwwwww", looked liked the guy's t4r had a big piece of iceberg.
 
the Altezzas look nice, but all clears look real good on Silver Runners, if you get any get the smoked black not the carbon fiber
