New T4R owner, been searching and reading as much as I can. Picked up a 99 SR5, and I am just wanting the guru's and more knowledgeable member's to tell me if what I have aquired, or soon to aquire will be ok. It will be a daily driver, but I understand if I have to replace joints or things of that nature every couple of years.

Front -
Tundra Bilstein 5100's # 24-188265
Tundra TRD Coils - Y/Y and Y/B
4Runner Top hats
Taco LBJ's and OTRE's
Diff drop kit
I am concerned with the common spring/balljoint interference and would like to know what UCA's to run.

Rear -
LC Bilstein 4600's #24-014786
OME 890
Panhard bar drop bracket OR make a new Panhard bar with adjustable ends.
Extended Bumpstops

I plan on copying RipCord on the extended RUCA's, while also building a stock length RLCA only stronger. I would love to make them adjustable, just don't want to have to rebuild, retighten, or replace the joints constantly. Thought's, idea's, opinions?

I am still up in the air as far as tire size. I will be running Tundra 17's, just have to decide on 265 or 285's. Also limit straps will be the last thing done to the suspension once everything is done and dialed in.

Thanks for the opinion's, thoughts, and suggestions in advance!

Perhaps brake lines, sway bar links, rack bushings?
This is all on my increasingly expanding list myself...

I would like to know if the LC shock is worth the $40 savings from say, the
5125s available through ToyTec?

Left out the small things. Deffinently getting extended brake lines and swaybar links. Haven't thought about rack bushings much yet.

I got the rear shocks throught work for CHEAP! There are some advantages to working on Porsche's and European stuff other than the cars.
I tried to find a part number for the 5100's but all I could find was a number for the 4600's.
Just discovered a thread that has a part number for 5100's from a 05-up Taco and may switch to those.

Tundra Bilstein 5100's # 24-188265 A bit stiff comare to tacoma 5100s but should work
Tundra TRD Coils - Y/Y and Y/B Yes
4Runner Top hats yes
Taco LBJ's and OTRE's Yes
Diff drop kit Yes
I am concerned with the common spring/balljoint interference and would like to know what UCA's to run. never had that problem, but some LR, icon or total chaos UCA can't hurt

Rear -
LC Bilstein 4600's #24-014786 Yes
OME 890 Yes
Panhard bar drop bracket OR make a new Panhard bar with adjustable ends. How ever many inche of lift you get is how long you should make your panhard drop, 4 inch lift 4 inch panhard drop ect
Extended Bumpstops Yes

I would get extended brake line, and run a diff sealed diff breather while you are at it.

For 890 i would extend only about 1/2 longer than stock uca, for the making of the links you need threaded bunds, threaded johnny joints, Tube and some welding skills.

Ill go ahead and say it.... search function??

4th and 5th word of my post states I have been searching. Not every search will have the answer looking for. I have seen so many different part numbers, brands, set-ups, etc. I figured it never hurts to ask.

Sounds like the same lift that pretty much everyone on here has, so yes, you're doing it right!
Thanks!

Exactly the kind of response I was hoping for. Thank you for taking the time to give a detailed response.
