amber lights in temp and fan control knobs?

Can't see the lights during daylight hours
Any ideas to brighten up these lights or other changes?

I have one dial with a burned out light and the others are kind of dim even at night, I'll replace them with fresh stock bulbs if need be but I'm curious if there are LED alternatives out there for a brighter look myself.
