How to replace climate control lights?

You have to remove the radio bezel to do both.
Once you get it off you can pull the AC panel out. The bulbs are really easy to find once you get the panel and knobs/switches off. There's three there.
The rear window button/defrost is a little harder. Once you get the radio bezel off you can pop off that section that holds the switches and get to them with a screwdriver and replace them.

This is the bulb for the climate control for a 2000 4runner. 90010-05152 Genuine Toyota Bulb, W/CAP
You will need 2 of them. Or you can switch to LED. That is a bit more expensive to do all the bulbs in the dash and the climate control area. LED Dash lights FAQs

Looks like those should work, but I could be wrong. The comment below yours has what you need for the window/defrost switches
