Amber vs Extreme White Lightbulbs

Hi everyone!
I just ordered PIAA replacement bulbs for my 2008 4Runner.
The original turn signal bulb was amber(1156NA) and parking bulb was amber(168) also.
I was sent the PIAA 1156 Xtreme White and the 168 Plasma Ion Yellow Wedge Bulb.
PIAA no longer makes an 1156NA, so I'm trying to decide if I should change the the 168 to white and have both 1156 & 168 white or try to stay with the original amber for both.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

White running lights and turn signals are illegal so I wouldn't do either personally.

it depends on the state law, u can have white parking and turns in the front only, i think amber or red on the rear tho, this is the california law.
