Third terrorism attack in Europe in last 10 days.

All have involved immigrants and conspiracies of immigrants who plotted to murder native non Muslims in Europe.

1st attack - Tunisian immigrant man drives a truck through a crowd in France, runs over 250 people, killing over 85 including 10 children. News today says there were at least 2-5 co-conspirators involved.

2nd attack - Afghan assylum seeking pledged allegiance to ISIS in a video recording then boarded a train and axed, hacked up into pieces several Germans. No fatalities luckily but still blood everywhere.

3rd attack - today - shooting at German mall, over 6 dead, many more shot and injured. Massive man hunt underway. Perpetrators still on the loose.

Once again insulting people and trolling for comments. You may have insight that could be beneficial. But when 2/3rds of your posts are antagonistic it hard for us to take you seriously.

I am open to an honest debate. That is very hard to do over the Internet. People tend to have a lot of false bravado online. If your ever in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area and would like to debate I am game. First beer is on me.

And as to what I am. A tax paying American citizen that actually has a dog in the fight. As my hard earned money goes to the government and then goes to the justice system and payouts to "victims" and real victims. Do you as a Canadian make yearly contributions to the government of the USA? If so I withdraw this last paragraph.

The "Hands up don't shoot" is specifically in reference to the Ferguson shooting. Where it was found to be absolutely false that he had his hands up and got shot. He was actively resisting and attacking the LEO and got shot for it.

Now, in this shooting in Miami it looks pretty bad. The guy was in a supinated position with his hands up and got shot- at least from the info we have thus far, again we should wait for the investigation to be conducted to know all of the facts.

I will say that it sounds like the LEO who shot him had his booger hook on the trigger and had the rifle pointed at the caretaker and accidentally shot him. Violating 2 of Coopers four rules.

I'll comment as if what we know is what happened. Scenario: Guy in supine with hands up asking cop not to shoot, he is a caretaker for the autistic man with a truck/toy in his hand trying to articulate/communicate that to the LEO and also stating he does not have a gun and is not a threat.

The cop may have made simple but very BAD mistake and accidentally shot the guy, that is the most likely scenario.

It is not likely that he intended to "murder" the guy, or being "targeted systematically for demise" or "Extrajudicial vigilante killing".

^That narrative is straight from BLM website I posted/linked about earlier.

My point being again, the real issue is training.

It appears on the surface with the facts we have to work with the LEO shot him because he was negligent in keeping his finger off of the trigger and he had his rifle pointed at the caretaker. Seems like he was jumpy and literally jumped the gun in this case and wasn't following safety protocol.

That does NOT equal, white cops are trying to kill black people systematically.

Now if it comes out the LEO was targeting this gentleman for murder because he was black (Which I seriously doubt) then prosecute the shit out of him and on to jail with him.

I feel bad for the caretaker, he was trying to help his patient and got a bullet to the leg and had to lay down on 2,000 degree pavement for several minutes in FL in July!

I hope he makes a full recovery and I am sure the city is going to say here's a number, write as many 0's behind it as you think is fair ad we can settle out of court.

It will be interesting to see this investigation unfold.

One more thing I will add. It is horrible timing. This incident will be used to further an agenda regardless of the facts surrounding it. Something that's becoming all too commonplace in America.

The cop is saying he "did what he had to do" and the union rep is saying that he was aiming for the autistic guy and accidentally hit the caretaker. The whole thing stinks to high heaven. The accidental discharge pretty much goes out the window because he fired three times.

The guy is also on the SWAT team, so it's VERY hard for me to believe he could miss that badly from such close distance.

This looks like a VERY bad shoot to me. I generally give the cop the benefit of the doubt until all the details come out, but it's extremely hard to see how this was justifiable. The caretaker clearly told the cop what was going on, and was prone. Even if the cop was trying to shoot the autistic guy, it's still ****ed up because he had already been informed that he was dealing with someone who's disabled, and the guy was only holding a toy.

A guy down the street had a pair of binoculars, and saw that it was a toy and informed one of the uniformed officers doing crown control and she just blew him off.

Piss poor police work IMO.

So I'm hoping some of you start responding to my response's. Earlier in this thread wadle posted statistics about gun violence, I pointed out that the very stats he posted showed a higher rate of gun death for innocent black people. He did not respond.

I highlighted how the stats 1engineer posted showed that nearly all types of police violence except shootings are higher for black people and the articles themselves very clearly stated that they did not say anything about racism in america or amongst police and it got no response.

I posted what I thought was great video on the subject as it discussed many of the things that have come up so far in this thread and apart from those that agree with it it go no response.

I've repeatedly talked about the systemic issues that have lead to this situation. Me and Brian had a bit of a discussion about education but other than that its received very little discussion. Seems a lot of you are more interested in repeating your cherry picked facts, blaming the victims and highlighting the violence or ignorance than actually discussing causes or solutions.

Ok lack of family values/systems, a I didn't see nothing attitude towards the police when they ask for help. Constantly being told by the Democratic Party that with out the democrat representatives they would be back in chains and evoke rich white people want to keep you down. Gangs have taken the place of family. Kids are worried about getting shot just walking to school. Overall ridicule of younger black citizens that are trying to better themselves. Selling the uncle toms, wana be white people.
