America this week, what the hell?

We don't know all the facts yet. There are reports that he hacked a young girls Facebook page. And there are reports that he yelled aloha snackbar. Or something that sounded similar. Don't forget that most of the reporting on this will come from Germany. And Germany has done everything they can to deny Muslim problems as of lately. The massive amount of sexual assaults on New Years they have and continue to try and downplay. The reports that groups of men are breaking in to single women's homes and raping them till they die. There have been numerous horrible crimes being committed by Muslims all over Europe and it's all been covered up. We may never know what motivated the young German/Iranian killer. It's a tragic day when this happens and all our thought and prayers should go out to the victims families.

As for him being bullied. Look up what tea boys are in the Middle East. That seems like a very strong act of bulling.
Not saying this happened to him. We don't know if he ever went to the Middle East. Or what his upbringing in Germany was like. But this is part of the culture in many Muslim countries, and Middle Eastern family's living abroad. Don't forget a US Special Forces general was brought up on charges for stoping this tea boy act on a military base. I think on US property we call it raping young boys. And our guy was brought up on charges for stoping it

Except it wasn't an ISIS inspired terrorist. It was sexually frustrated and deranged teenager who had been bullied.

Likely the same with the Orlando dude. ISIS-inspired is a convenient term invented by the failed GOP to try to win an election.

They want every crime to be "ISIS-inspired".

Pitbulls have a bad rep for being a overly aggressive breed. I used to have a male pitbull who was the sweetest, gentlest dog there was. Wouldn't hurt a mouse. Why? He was taught that way. We gave him lots of affection and taught him to respect strangers. And so he did the same cause that's what he was taught and all he knows.

When I was driving with one of my black former co-worker, we gets stares by every cops we passes by. Him and another former co-worker was, and still is drug dealers (on the side, and small time). He even said nonsense like F the police.

That former co-worker's sons are now leading the same life style as their dad. Misbehaving and fighting in school and such. And he did not do anything about it, and he don't live with them either.

Cops approach blacks more cautiously because they have a bad reputation. Unfortunately blacks are born with more hurdles to overcome than other ethnics.

The Pitt Bulls angle is a false equivalency. If you look at the data on dog bites, they are the least likely dog to bite, with the fewest bites per dog/breed each year.

The stigma surrounding pitt bulls as aggressive and killers is pure sensationalism mixed with young men who get them and train them to be aggressive to feel powerful.

The statistics on black men and violent crimes is what it is, they are responsible for the vast majority of violent crime per capita. Murders, rapes, assault, etc.

At some point we do need to get to the why of this. A famous and hated Canadian Professor at the University of Ontario published a lot of scientific info on race and IQ.

His work is the subject of great ridicule and hatred.

I won't discuss that here or anywhere really because people will say "IQ is not a subjective metric of ones intelligence". Well, why can't those folks who say this come up with anything else to measure intelligence that is a subjective metric then?

It is the best metric we have, but people will deny it's use when discussing race and get very heated about it.

So let's discuss something else. Culture. A lot of folks in black communities (Not all of course) are indoctrinated with the culture of "Street Cred".

Street cred is a damaging culture to take part in. Regardless of skin pigment.

For instance- if you aren't "hard" and back it up with certain criminal or violent actions, you are then considered weak and ridiculed and targeted. So kids grow up thinking they have to emulate this "hard" attitude and it perpetuates criminal and violent activity.

Black folks who apply themselves and work hard are called all sorts of derogatory and hateful names, none I would care to speak of or write down other than "Uncle Toms".

They are ostracized from their community for working hard to better themselves and escape the rampant violence and crime ridden lifestyles.

See how this can be a bad thing for young kids growing up in these areas, seeing this type of stuff all day and having to pick a side. I think the side that beats the shit out of you unless you are like them definitely sways the opinions and choices of more than a few young folks who might choose better otherwise.

It's perpetuated by black folks in television, music and movies. Look at rap music- how much of it is about uplifting one another versus "bang bang, kill kill, cryps, bloods N this N that- whitey keeping you down", etc. It perpetuates the street cred and violence. Emboldens and glorifies the criminal culture.

And then they are also told by leaders in the black community (Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton-- et al) that all of their problems are systemic white racism based problems. That they are downtrodden because of white people making them that way.

Folks like Jesse and Al do much greater harm to their communities than they do good. They perpetuate the cycle instead of helping to break it. They keep other black folks down and make tons of money doing it. It's pathetic.

I don't think there is an easy answer to this problem. People want to put it in a single box based on their opinions and say "look this is it right here". But that doesn't work.

Racism is ALWAYS going to exist, it is a part of human nature.

But lets be honest, race relations were getting better and better for a very long time until the most recent administration came into power and started fomenting racial divide.

Today black people aren't treated like they were in the 1700's-1800's, or the 1920's-1960's. They have great opportunity, support and assistance from the state and they aren't being targeted for systemic demise.

If black leaders and folks focused more on bettering and changing their own communities, not buying into the street cred culture and perpetuating and glorifying hate/criminality and also worked on finding ways to lift each other up without blaming white people- they would be much better off.

I'll give an example that is specific to me and my experiences. I am 30% Cherokee/Native American Indian.

I've never used it to make other people feel bad, never to get ahead or hold something over someone else. I never use it to separate myself from others or blame them for stuff that happened eons ago.

I am proud of my heritage and I know what happened to my ancestors in this country- it was a terrible time and I will not willfully ignore it nor embrace it and use it against people as "Racism" or "hate". I simply know where I came from and what some people hundreds of years ago did to some of my ancestors.

I grew up in a bad neighborhood and was the second child of a single mother. I experienced the culture of street cred first hand. I saw people in my same situation perpetuate that situation and I saw others work their asses off and get out and make their situation better. I chose to work hard, read a lot of books and apply myself to better myself.

Some of my buddies from those times are still perpetuating their own shit situation. Still living in the same hood, still selling drugs, etc.

It's a choice. It can be a hard one to make and NO it isn't easy; especially when others make it even harder on you.

But you still have that choice. Especially here in this country where we have been given such a beautiful thing in a Constitutional Republic. The opportunity that exists in this country is amazing, one just needs to decide what they want to do, apply themselves and the sky is the limit.

My Grandfather used to tell me: "people do not walk on you, you allow them to walk on you, people do not suddenly find themselves in trouble, they get themselves into trouble, people aren't turned into saints or sinners, they make themselves into saints or sinners- you have the freedom to choose whatever it is you want to do and deal with the consequences of those decisions. Act on your ambition and the world will be what you make it."

Powerful words I have lived my life by. I think more folks need to hear such words and carefully consider them.

Everything is relative to the observer. We make the world what it is.

The cop is saying he "did what he had to do" and the union rep is saying that he was aiming for the autistic guy and accidentally hit the caretaker. The whole thing stinks to high heaven. The accidental discharge pretty much goes out the window because he fired three times.

The guy is also on the SWAT team, so it's VERY hard for me to believe he could miss that badly from such close distance.

This looks like a VERY bad shoot to me. I generally give the cop the benefit of the doubt until all the details come out, but it's extremely hard to see how this was justifiable. The caretaker clearly told the cop what was going on, and was prone. Even if the cop was trying to shoot the autistic guy, it's still ****ed up because he had already been informed that he was dealing with someone who's disabled, and the guy was only holding a toy.

A guy down the street had a pair of binoculars, and saw that it was a toy and informed one of the uniformed officers doing crown control and she just blew him off.

Piss poor police work IMO.

I've been quite busy the last few days and haven't seen any of this new info come to light. Would you post links to this please?

Like I said in my post. It seems like a very bad shoot. With the info I had it seemes negligent discharge, not hate induced murder. As facts change so does my opinion.

Entirely different. The Orlando shooter was a devout Muslim who called 911 and pledged allegiance to ISIS. I don't see how you can call that some great GOP conspiracy.

That kind of logic is as crazy as the people who think these shootings are "false flags" created by the government to push gun control. It's time reasonable and sane people started calling this BS exactly what it is before we let the crazies take over the country.

Here's one story. I've read a bunch of them and since this is local to me it's all over TV, so some of the info comes from there.

Cop who shot Charles Kinsey: 'I did what I had to do' | www.palmbeachpost.com

Basically the story the police union is pushing is that the cop thought the autistic guy had a gun, and he was trying to shoot him instead of the guy two feet away with his hands in the air. And he missed, from about 30 yards away, with an M4. :gun6:

The reports have varied a little, but there were at least two shots fired, with some people reporting three.

The police got a call about someone with a gun in the street, so I get that they're nervous, especially with all the craziness going on, but in the video the therapist that was shot very clearly and calmly explained the situation to the cops. He was afraid they were going to shoot the patient.

You'd think that after being given that information they would have AT LEAST taken a few minutes to make sure there was a firearm present before taking a shot. They were 30 yards from the potential threat, using a car for cover, and this situation had been going on for several minutes before the shooting, so I just don't see any real reason for urgency.

It's funny how the democrats want everything to be not Muslim terrorist related.
Orlando shooter
San Bernardino shooter
Major Nadal Hassan Fort Hood Texas shooter

All 3 acts alone were Muslim terrorism
One was work place violence.
One was because we don't have enough gun control
One was a hate crime.
But this administration hasn't had a single Muslim terrorist attack on our soil just ask them

Those are the majors FYI. There was a guy that tried or succeeded in cutting a co workers head off because he couldn't get her to convert to Islam. He was shot by a good guy with a gun so we didn't hear much on that one. The Twin Falls Idaho underage girl raped by the Syrian under aged boys. The list is very long. But according to Obama Isis is the JV team and Ismail is only a religion of peace.

You give a crazy man credibility because he made a phone call claiming a belief in something? He was sick and unhinged. Anything beyond that carries no weight.

Not a conspiracy......a fear phrase.

Anyone who's supporting ISIS is sick and unhinged. The ideology attracts them. He had been watching beheading videos and was investigated for extremists statements previously. There's absolutely nothing wrong with calling it what it is. It was a hate crime carried out by an ISIS inspired maniac. That's not a GOP invention at all, it's the damned truth.

It's funny how the US attorney general said the are editing out all references to Islam before the released the 911 tapes. They said they have no idea why he did what he did. They are covering up as best they can all Muslim inspired terrorist attacks. That's the honest truth of what's going on. If you don't see this then your not looking.

So all these dudes who have visited radical Islamist websites or been in contact with radical Islamists the go on to scream aloha snackbar just before murdering people- and that ISN'T radical Islamist inspired terrorism?

It's just crazy people committing work place violence and crazy people being crazy and unhinged?

So if a white guy yells "KLU kLUX KLAN" before murdering a bunch of black people or if a Christian yells "in the name of Christ I vanquish you" before murdering a inch of Muslims- would you apply the same logic? It's just unhinged crazy people killing people, not inspired by anything specific?

Anyone who murders someone is hateful and crazy, but some are inspired by a religion or organizations to commit those murders.

Let's call a spade a spade.

Thanks for posting this. I'll take a look. If that is the case then it surely seems to be a really bad shoot.

That one does look bad. And if it is then the cop should be held to the same standard of justice any ordinary citizen would be.

The law applies to all, except Hillary.

Couldn't resist. Sorry

One who denies the obvious because it conflicts with the reality they are living in is afraid. Afraid that if they admit to what is going on then they will have to confront it.

3 acts. 4 individuals. What do you confront? How? Magic question. We should all be afraid? I think not. Perhaps I think that those that protect us on a federal, state, and local level do a damn good job of it.....because I see it everyday amongst millions of people and hundreds of situations where major events take place flawlessly and nobody fears attending them. American life goes on quite energetically, enthusiastically, and confidently from what I see.

Chill out and enjoy everyday.

No. Just no.
Who cares if it's actually ISIS. In the past few weeks TERRORIST attacks have occurred. The guy in Orlando. The guy driving the truck in France. The guy in Dallas. The guy now in Germany. Regardless of affiliation they, without exception, have terrorized people. We have a group locally that always takes a group of kids to Europe every year around this time. They have cancelled it for the first time because they are afraid. This is a first. That's terror and if it continues it will get worse. They might not be ISIS but are ISIS inspired and that is what we need to address.

Lastly, failed GOP? Um, who currently controls Congress? Now personally I don't think they are very effective but then again I have not been impressed with Congress for years no matter who has controlled it. Both Democrats and Republicans parties are alive and well right now.

I would like to take a moment here and ask a question to all the guys who post in these threads:
How many of you, be honest please, how many of you wouldn't care which party wins as long as they are doing what you think is best for our country? Simple question.

I for one could care less if they Republican or Democrats. Right now I feel the Democrats are pushing policies that promote globalism and marginalize America but in the past I have felt the opposite and voted that way. Unfortunately we have Trump and Clinton so that makes it hard to choose either in this cycle. Personally though I just want to to pick someone, either side, that puts our citizens first.

Not saying you need to live your live in fear. The way I read your post was that there is no jihad Islamic war against the western non-Muslim world.

It is virtually impossible to deny the jihad/Islamic war against non-muslim countries. Especially little and big satan. Israel and America.

If I misinterpreted your post my apologies.

I am not party affiliated and go by who I think is the best of the two choices on Election Day.

By failed GOP, I refer to their inability in 12 years to establish a viable intelligent conservative trustworthy candidate for the 2016 election. 12 years. Nothing. Zero. They ran 2 retreads before a despicable Trump became a candidate and he's far from conservative. That's truly weak.

Would have happily voted for Rubio, Cruz, or Kasich but because they let the Tea party morph into something they could not control, they ended up where they are today.....despising their own candidate.

Being terrified to the point of changing ones day to day life isn't the same thing as admitting and acknowledging what the problem is or forces that are driving the problem.

Why are they mutually inclusive in your mind?

Absolutely, the terrorists win when we change our lives, like the patriot act, that was an abortion of freedom and our way of living in general and freaking abhorrent.

Or like when people call for limiting people's rights (sound familiar?) in the name of safety and feelgoodery when limiting the right will do NOTHING to stop bad people from doing bad things.

I don't let radical Islamists change my life or the way I live, just like I don't let radical ecoterrorists, white supremacists or black panthers change the way I live- I just accept the threat for what it is, educate myself and prepare accordingly. OODA loop.

No lol. Good owners get them because they are sweet loyal dogs. Loyal to a fault. Bad owner exploit that loyalty and use them to fight each other, and other breeds as well. Other breeds cowers and quit once they're losing. Pitbulls fight on till they die. Yes Pitbulls have less bite incidents as other breeds but ever time someone gets bit, it's in the news. That's where the bad reputation comes from. Used for fighting and biting people.

But if you reread my post, my point was to teach good behavior at a young age. And bad reputation is a *****! Comes with a hint of truth, no?
