Yes, I agree. I own now and have owned several Pitt Bulls because they are the best most loyal animal EVER!
I also agree nurturing the young as they grow- being it human or canine or whatever is paramount.
My point was that it is a false equivalent because even though Pitt Bulls have a bad rap, it isn't justified in any way whatsoever with any factual information. Just sensationalism coupled with the dick heads who use them in a negative way.

We need to do something about the terrorist attacks and I truly believe our governments are......specifically radical Islamic inspired or sanctioned by ISIS. But, the line is a tough one for me as I can't see a simple quick solution without giving up or compromising individual rights of citizens. If we compromise these rights or allow them to be compromised for specific citizens then we open the door to less freedom for all. Fear is driving us in this direction. This is exactly the outcome the terrorist want.....it's a tight rope walk and there are a lot of agendas in play. What we should not do is just react. ISIS wants to turn this into a holy war, it will fit their narrative if all Muslims feel left without choice. How do you proactively stop terrorist attacks on innocent people without violating rights and if you do violate rights do we not feed the agenda of the terrorists? Personally, I feel very confident that our governments are doing what is necessary to keep us safe but it is likely impossible to eliminate the risk entirely without giving up fundamental freedoms that we enjoy. What does a terrorist want? It is obviously to make their cause our daily problem. hikenbike has a good point about going about our daily lives without fear but by being aware of what is happening around us. Fear & paranoia can wag your tail...all new immigrants must be at least vetted and I agree that we need to tighten up borders. Both parties have not done this in neither Canada nor the US.
On a side note, I am sure the average Iraqi likely thought the same about us......it's complicated and just blaming and *****ing solves nothing. Looks like we are in for the penny and for the pound.

I would vote for who ever I thought would be best for the job at hand. I personally don't believe there has been much difference in the 2 party's since Reagan was elected. Remember he was a joke till he won by a landslide. I believe that traditionally whoever gets the party nomination will work for the globalist that are controlling most everything. The republicans haven't put up a good candidate since the 80's. And the democrats haven't put one up since Kennedy. Bill Clinton was somewhat of a rogue presidential candidate. He got the nomination because he was so charismatic and could speak to people. IMO.
I am going to vote for Trump because of a few reasons. One he is willing to attempt to secure our boarders.
Two, he actually understands business and budgets. That to me is very important.
Three, he is not afraid to speak his mind.
Remember when the GOP took back congress they passed bills that the president vetoed to repeal Obama care. Trump has said he will sign that bill if it makes it to him. Watch the GOP never pass that bill for the first 2 years.
I can not in good moral standing even begin to vote for Hillary. She has done nothing but lie and disrespect this country and our brave men and women of the military. Both she and her husband have a pattern of denying everything even when facing overwhelming evidence. Don't forget Bill was impeached by the House of Representatives but not removed from office.

The FBI director all but said Hillary was guilty of several crimes but no prosecution happened after Bill and the USAG had a meeting in her private plane.
It takes courage to do that job and I believe the last 17 years have been run by cowards. George W. always looked like he was ready to crap his pants. And Obama doesn't seem to have the courage to even have a unscripted press conference. It's always statement and addresses from the Whitehouse. Very very few actual Live Press Core Press Conferences.
It's funny everybody made fun of Bush for his speaking but he still attempted to answer the questions fielded to him.
At least one thing seems certain with Trump. He's not afraid to speak his mind and he doesn't appear to censor it much. I can use some brutal honesty from our elected leaders at this point.

Contrast that to Obama; its like he's trying to run out the clock with twisty evasive answers that never get to the point. If a question that he doesn't like somehow manages to get past the steel wall of his handlers, he will duck and weave, make sure he doesn't offend anyone and offer some kind of bland and ambiguous answer.

American tradition dictates that a sitting president not seeking re-election keeps their yap shut about the current election. The office of the president is bigger than the person; those running aren't seeking to unseat him, they are seeking to become the next leader of the United States of America. He demeans the office and makes the US look like some kind of banana republic whenever he wades into the current election.

This refers to the machete attack at a bus station. The refugee hacked to death a pregnant woman and hurt two others very badly.
Just days before another axe attack, also a refugee, attacked four people on a train, hacking them up.
A week before that another immigrant / non-native drive a truck over 250 people.
Trump says "when will we learn" ... I'm not a Trump fan but I have to say: when will the Europeans learn?
Merkle is likely to be voted out of office in the next elections cycle.

It's in a 3rd world country that won't fight for itself. Not a lot of sympathy. I didn't serve but lost friends over there and then we quit/scaled back for political reasons. Then they wouldn't fight for themselves. I really could give a crap about what happened in Kabul. I personally don't want to loose anymore friends so someone can win an election.
