This^^^ is totally worth repeating due to it accuracy and honesty. Thanks Donny! Nes pais?!

You might want to check your facts. Trump never said this.

Trump may be a lot of things but I don't see any criminal charges. Hillary on the other hand has skated like an Olympian through the fires of hell and somehow not been burnt. Funny the MSMedia only really talked about the DNC rigging for Hillary for a day. Can you just imagine if it was for Bush, Romney, McCain, or any RINO. They would be covering this thing 24/7 until something better moved in. They have and will continue to carry the water for the Democratic Party. Just the reality of the world we live in. Both parties suck I just choose the slower death as there may still be time and hope to save the Republic.

This bugs me to no end. Most of the major media outlets are so obviously in the sack for hillary, there isn't an ounce of effort to be impartial or report any truth. Every time I open/surf the web it's all painting pictures of trump with devil horns and hitler mustaches. Anything related to hillary is all cherubs and angel halos.

It's sickening, and while I'd personally like to see a 3rd party knock both of these losers to the curb in the general election, this media coverage exaggerating how horrible trump is while portraying hillary as Mother Teresa makes me want to see him win just to spite the media.

Per 1engineers request I'll take a shot at it.

Trumps Pros:

-He is NOT politically Correct. He says what he wants and doesn't care about the media calling him racist, sexist, anti this or that, _____Phobia, etc.
This is huge for me, I'm sick of little *****y politically correct tards being so offended by everything. "Safe Space" BS. Freedom of speech *****es! Get over it and move on.

-Trump's business experience involves negotiations with business leaders and governments around the world, and he likely has connections behind the scenes that surpass those of simply purely political candidates. This gives him keen, realistic insights into economics in different parts of the world, as well as additional avenues to pursue trade agreements, and even perhaps some nuanced awareness of particular financial weaknesses of global competitors, not to mention experience and insight into the partnerships and/or antagonism between different industries and particular governments.

-Trump has a confidence and powerful personality that, while not liked by everyone- tend to work well in politics, and make it far less likely he would become too strongly beholden to external influencers.

-Trump is undeniably a great negotiator, and despite his bombastic public statements he has also mastered the fine art of navigating complex deals and convincing a wide variety of governments, industries, businesses, and investors to do what he wants and to work with him to achieve his goals.

-He is not a criminal and has not made mistakes that have cost folks their lives. He has cost folks their livelihoods, but they were still vertical and breathing. That cannot be said about Hilary.

Cons:
-Trump has been repeatedly accused of being untrustworthy, by investors and buyers as well as others, and some of the accusations include allegations of fraud.

-Trump seems impulsive and more interested in self-promotion than necessarily accomplishing significant goals. Even his finances are geared heavily toward promoting his personal brand and making him more money in order to further self-promote, with much of his behavior in public seeming largely motivated by garnering attention.

-He has flip flopped on just about every major issue over the years. I respect a person changing their minds as they grow and gain new perspective, but on every single major issue- that's a bit unbelievable- so it seems he says what people want to hear a lot of the time.

Here's a place to look through info regarding his stance on the issues:

Donald Trump on the Issues

Trump boasts, “I have made myself very rich.” Credible objective sources estimate his net worth at between $2.9 and $4.5 billion. While wealth is a poor measure of deal-making skill (Bernie Madoff was richer than Trump), there is special reason to doubt that Trump’s wealth can be traced to negotiation ability. It’s been reported that if Trump had simply invested the fortune he received from his father in an S&P 500 index fund in 1982 and made no deals, he would have $8 billion now. In other words, Trump’s deal-making has actually cost him billions of dollars. The airline he bought in 1988 for roughly $365 million closed down in 1992. The football team he bought in 1984 ended with the demise of United States Football League just two years later. His hotels and casinos have struggled to make money, declaring bankruptcy four times.

Even on the campaign trail, we have seen obvious negotiation failures. By one estimate, the Trump campaign paid three times what the Sanders campaign did to run commercials during the same time slots on the same stations. Meanwhile, he has undermined numerous other deals. Both NBC and Univision declined to air Trump’s Miss USA pageant last year after he disparaged Mexican immigrants. Companies in the Arab world have severed ties with Trump after his comments about Muslims. At home, the list of U.S. companies that are severing ties with the Republican National Convention is getting longer.

Some might defend his impolitic behavior by arguing that he was astutely sacrificing profit in order to win votes, but that argument falls flat. Trump started offending people and losing deals well before he began his campaign for president. Consider what was supposed to have been his most important deal: developing Manhattan’s West Side Yards, then the largest undeveloped property in New York City. The negotiations with public, private, and regulatory stakeholders devolved into a public exchange of insults between Trump and then-New York Mayor Ed Koch. Trump was ultimately forced to sell to a group of Chinese financiers in a deal the New York Times described as “perhaps the closest that Mr. Trump has come to international diplomacy.” But the negotiation left Trump so angry at his Chinese partners, he later sued for $1 billion. The court ruled against him.

These failures and losses beg the question: What exactly is Trump’s approach to negotiation? His book, The Art of the Deal, contains many platitudes, but only one distinctive strategy: Fake it till you make it.

Hikenbike you should try and promote your candidate of choice and explain why your choice is better than gunslingers. Rise to the challenge. I have always found it harder to tell people why what I believe in is right in my opinion, than telling people why what they believe in is wrong.

As to your point where he has made bad deals that make him not as rich as he could have been. Well that's experiences that shape us and help us learn. It's very easy to Monday morning quarterback a football game. But making game time decisions is a different matter. Would anyone have known that if they put their money in the stock market and kept it in one stock or one fund they would have made more money than if they did another. Simply the answer is no. We don't actually know what's going to happen till it does. Some things are more sure than others. But as someone who day traded in the George SR., Clinton years. Sure things weren't always certain. Some times I looked like a genius and sometimes I looked like an idiot. But it was experiences like that, that guided me along the way and gave me knowledge and wisdom to not make the same mistake twice. Or so I hope.

He can't because those aren't his words. They are Don Moore's, professor of UC Berkley's Business School and he took them from here: Trump says he?s a great negotiator, but the evidence says otherwise ? The Berkeley Blog

Here are the last 2 paragraphs of Mr. Moore's post:

Trump has now crafted his own neo-Orwellian approach to politics, combining shamelessly blatant contradiction with the allure of unapologetic self-confidence. In the short term, such bravado can help leaders gain support, as we have witnessed in Trump’s ascendancy during the primaries. But that support withers when the veneer of self-assurance slips to reveal reckless overconfidence and a lack of substance. Recently, the ghost writer of The Art of the Deal, Tony Schwartz, revealed that the bulldozer scam did not even actually occur as Trump claimed.

If he somehow manages to prevail in November, Trump will not be the first charlatan or confidence man to have profited from the long con. The art of illusion he knows well. The art of the deal he does not.

Some might argue that Obama profited from the "long con" as Mr. Moore writes with his fiery speeches and promises of "hope" and "change" while not giving any details.

This is likely the only thing I would disagree with what you posted & and only because it likely does not take into the calculation what he has spent (not lost) in that same time frame. I would like to know for sure if Trump lined his pockets on 9/11 monies......that would give you a good insight into his soul if he did take taxpayer money that was earmarked for businesses affected by 9/11 and I would also love to know more, if he turns out to be beholden financially to Russia because they are mafia run and a great example of corruption at an extreme. That's a spicy meatball in itself....

As for the repost of the gif above, if he did not say it, he surely knows it (wink, wink) and that would be "accurate and honest" in it's descriptiveness.

To Hillary, running a government is night and day different that running a for profit private/public business. She has that experience and decades long connections in and across the isle. She is definitely qualified and able to lead. As far as her corruption goes, ask Snopes to show the proof as the Donald has shown that he can sure line his pocket and use every tool available to him to get out of paying his debts. Governing is a lot more than bluster and I can't see the Donald being able to operate a government. Do you actually think he will build a wall and deport 20 million illegals? Could you imagine the cost of doing something like that?

So all of you who insist on talking crap about the other party why don't you try talking up your own candidate instead of running down the other side or candidate. Try it.
It's not as fun nor does it get a rise out of the opposition though does it. Pretty sure most of the recent posts are designed to do just that.

Again, it's easy to run down the other guy than build your choice up. Do you guys do this stuff in real life? I can imagine sitting in meetings and brainstorming: "No sir I don't have any platform or ideas but the other guy across the table has terrible ideas. I'll tell you they won't work but I can't tell you what will."

Another thinly veiled insult on Republicans from the liberal guy who claimed in this very thread that only republicans are attacking liberals in this thread... Sigh.

You may agree and think the words/meme you posted are true, but you have no clue what others think especially The Trumpster.

The fact that the quote is patently false drivel and you called it "accurate and honest" then when you get called out on it you just double down and post the above nonsense (with a "wink wink" as if that negates the insult and your intent somehow) insulting folks of a specific political affiliation is a good indicator of your hypocrisy and lack of tact.

What happened to the guy who claimed not to insult people and use "critical thinking"? Can't actually research facts, use critical thinking yourself or debate things I a logical and emotionless fashion- so you just sling poo...

As to Hilary having experience in governing. She has the shadowy evil wolf in sheep skin type of experience. The kind of experience that has shown time and time again that lies and deflection are more important than facts and accountability. The kind of experience that has gotten several people killed.

Liberals have been insulted tons in this thread.......talk about thin skinned....... whooa. And I am like the Donald in that respect and racists as well. An equal opportunity insulter.

I never said that liberals werent being insulted in this thread, and I don't partake or condone it either.

You are the one that said only Republicans were insulting liberals and then go on to insult Republicans yourself in this very same thread- that's called hypocrisy and such actions show a lack of tact- especially when you are espousing a bias.

Me pointing out these insults and your hypocrisy doesn't make me thin skinned, these insults do nothing to me I don't really care about your opinions- I merely pointing out that you say one thing and do another.

In fact, I'm not even a republican! I'm a anarcho-capitalist constitutional libertarian with conservative values.

That has been the hilarious part of this thread...that anyone who doesn't agree with nanny state socialism is a Trump supporter. It's as if conservatism never existed before the man with the great toupee!

I'm a conservative libertarian who is not very pleased with the selection of Trump as the standard bearer of conservatism but in a two party system, there is no question who I will support.

And for conservatives disappointed by the fact that a trail was created that a candidate like Trump could use to grab the Republican nomination, that path was paved by decades of Republicans being elected, going to Washington and promptly getting on board with big government.

P.s. For those that have pigeon holed me as a Trumper, I actually started a thread called President Temper Tantrum Trump after he skipped the Fox News Republican debate because of his tiff with Megyn Kelly.

Gunslinger we should make that last sentence an official party.
Run on the platform of get off you a** and get a job and pay your taxes. For every dollar of taxes you pay you receive 1-12oz can of American made beer, 1-slice of American grown bacon, and 1-American made bullet for your caliber of choice. Ok, I'd like to table the first amendment to this new party's constitution.

Black powder is made available for those that prefer to home load.

As for the equal opportunity hater/insulter comment and response, a very wise man once taught me that when you deal with true ignorance, you must meet it with greater ignorance. It's the only thing they understand.

And even then it maybe a futile act.

So you go from stating that you personally don't insult people and only the republicans in this thread are insulting liberals- to...you're an equal opportunity insulter and you are just fighting ignorance with greater ignorance?

Okay then...
