This is a trend that has been building for years now; "independent" liberal academics publish in non-peer reviewed journals and only share their raw data with like minded academics who will come to the same liberal conclusions.

They diminish and tarnish those that have worked hard to include the letters Ph.D. after their names.

2000 is absolutely modern history, but none of that is even remotely related to the electoral college being rigged or bought out. Did you sleep through civics classes? The electoral votes are handed out on a STATE BY STATE basis. They side with the popular vote in the STATE, not the country.

So when a large state with a lot of votes goes to one candidate by just a few thousand votes, and smaller states go to the other in a landslide it's possible to win the election without winning the national vote, and it has ALWAYS been that way.

Now, where's this proof about the electoral votes being bought?

Polls at this time of year mean very little. More than 13% undecided; and the undecided vote typically goes against the party currently in The White House.

The GOP/establishment Republicans did nothing BUT try to STOP trump from getting the bid- the primary voters gave it to him and it wasn't just "angry white guys" like you believe- that's a fairytale bro. Back it up with some sources and facts or quit positing that BS!

Nope, my point was that its a false equivalence. They both do it to a degree but one side is misinforming on a much bigger scale. Its not equal, its not black and white. Its important to quantify, which is exactly what these studies are attempting to do.

I think the real issue is that the right wingers are now in a position where they know that their side is flawed, but rather than admit to it they would rather portray it as both sides are wrong, both candidates are flawed and its a wash. Its a total false equivalence and thats been the theme of this election. Trying to demonize Hillary to make her out to be just as bad as Trump, two equally flawed candidates. Total BS. Its a great example of what I've been saying all along, the mental gymnastics people will do in order to not be wrong.
