I just think there's some confusion. Maybe it's me. Yes, I understand that you admitted that you read 4 of every when he meant every fourth. But then you just recently rewrote what a lot of us were trying to clear up. Which wasn't the confusion of every 4th vs 4 out of, but that when you say every 4th of 10, you are still saying 25%. Whereas in your post #1599, it seems like you are still saying every 4th out of 10 is 40%.
