Fronts - bilstein 5100 (set to 0 no lift) paired with 2" OME 883 coils and an OME 10mm spacer on top of the strut assembly. THIS yielded about a 2.2inch lift in the front.

Tears - bilstein 5100 & OME 2895E coils with 1 single OME TRIM PACKER 10mm spacer on the drivers rear. This yielded a perfect 2" lift.

I am VERY happy with the way this setup rides. It's a match made in heaven. It rides really smooth, there isn't a ton of lean or yaw. It flexes really well off road. It's not harsh and it's far from soft. This is probably the best economy lift on a budget you can do IMO. Very inexpensive & no cut corners on reliability or performance. Will post some more shots once I get some

Looks great, nice setup! How did the alignment turn out with the stock UCA's?

I might go the same route with the stock size tires. I was concerned the 265/70/17 would look too small, but it looks good.

Yeah, 265 AT's with a 2" lift does not look out of place at all. In retrospect I would have settled with 275 but my 265's are C range, super lightweight and practical for a DD. Next set will be 275's or 255/80's. But don't hesitate to settle with 265's especially if you have wider wheels than stock wheels.

Im doing 5100s with 884s for the front. I states 884s will give you 2" of lift and im not planning on adding a spacer.

According to "wheelersoffroad" that is false. They claim the 884 will give you 3" of lift with no additional front end weight. I ordered both my front and rear coils from them and they were very knowledgeable so I wouldn't hesitate to call them and talk to their parts guy about it. Just sayin. 2" and 3" is a big difference.

From what I read on a different thread you can achieve 2" from 884s with the bilsteins set at 0. I chose the 884s because I wanted to stay at 2 - 2.5" without having to replace ucas. Hopefully I will achieve the desired lift I want, guess I should of did more research on the coils before I ordered..

Best of luck. Report back and let us know how it goes but this is why chose the 883 over the 884 (because the 884 lifted the front too much). If others have succeeded then it might be fine though I don't know.

Also - yeah I agree with setting the bilsteins @ 0 because if you're doing taller coils you don't want to stretch the strut and create preload when it doesn't need it. You'll end up with poor performance and probably a decreased lifespan on them.

I also heard that the 884 will give you 2" of lift alone and 3" with the spacers. I was planning on going with the 884 and 895e, but now looking at the 883 setup with the 895E and spacers, I may just got that route. I am waiting on some pictures from another member who has the 884 set-up. Anyone else have pictures of a 884 and 895E set-up they would like to share?

So I had the 2884's installed and I got 3"

My old setup. 5100 with 884 and 895E unloaded in top picture and loaded with about 160 pounds of gear in bottom picture. Mine lowered a bit when it settled. I'd say it yield a 2.5" front lift.

I'm about to pull the trigger on 5100 all around and 1" spacer in the back. Which spacers are recommended/good quality? Cornfed?
