Another CL find in Milwaukee area

99 Limited with 156k miles.

Seller says it has new tires/rims, timing belt/wp, new radiator, rebuilt tranny (probably got a PMS since it has a new radiator) and a few other things listed.

It looks like its in decent shape. Who knows what the frame looks like, doubt it looks perfect (mine doesn't) but it may be ok.

In one of the pictures, it does appear that it has the locking diff button but again, its hard to see.

$3800 is not bad if the frame is in good enough shape and it runs good.

Let the speculation commence!

No doubt there will be rust on it but I wouldn't necessarily say its a "rust bucket". I don't really see any body rust. Frame for sure will have some rust but whether is rotted or not is unknown.

My hitch was about that rusty and my frame is rock solid.

If it runs good and everything checks out including the frame, $3800 is a pretty good deal given the mileage and options.

My gut says it is either rusted to shit or the "rebuilt" tranny isn't all that great and the owner wants to bail out of it. $3800 seems pretty low for a 99 Limited 4wd with decent leather. I feel like the seller is hoping to sell quick before anyone looks too closely.

That is definitely a possibility.
