Not sure the exact dimension, but a 3/4" diameter hole punch works perfect on the weather stripping.

Tip when using a hole-punch to punch through the weather stripping: make sure to cut out the underside of the weather stripping in the location that you plan to punch the hole...

I tried to punch through the weather stripping without cutting out underside and had to hammer the hole punch way too many times to get it to punch through the entire weather stripping (there is a little metal strip inside the rubber weather stripping). After doing this on one side, I decided to cut out the underside of the weather stripping on the other side and the hole punch made a perfect hole first try.

Would you mind posting a photo with your Prinsu Rack & Baja ladder? I've been thinking about getting a Baja Ladder to go with my Prinsu... Did you upgrade your lift gate struts too?

I will tomorrow. I did a 320 mi RT for work today mostly in the rain. Oh what fun. Was dark by the time I got home. I did get the struts and I do need to change them out.

I have a full-length PrinSu rack on order, thanks to the latest group buy.

Does anyone have a double row LED light bar mounted on one of these racks with the standard fairing? I've seen [MENTION=128995]TK-422[/MENTION]'s LED light bar mount, but curious how others have mounted theirs.

I have a 32" OPT7 light bar hidden behind my flip-down fairing on my Yakima LoadWarrior basket, which is mounted using FourTreks mounts. But this isn't going to work with the PrinSu, so I'm looking for alternatives.

I can always mount it behind the grill with the Rago mounts if the roof doesn't work out, but I do like the light source up high for greater coverage.

Looks good. Still hoping that Prinsu comes out with a ladder to match the style and function of their racks. Flat sides with rungs made from 1010 or 1515 extrusion would be cool. You could attach tred steps and Rotopax holders and such to the ladder rungs.

Do you think you'll paint yours?

No I like the contrast. I just installed the liftsupports PM1062N10 struts and it goes up on it's own. Like it did before installing the ladder.

How many of you are using front runner accessories for your prinsu? I just pulled the trigger on the prinsu and am seriously contemplating picking up various front runner accessories for the rack. I would love some feedback from people who have gone that route. Have you faced any issues? Anything to think about?

Same here - I'm particularly interested in using their Hi-lift Jack mount on the Prinsu....

I think it sits a bit lower actually. I have had mine 2 months or so and have loved it.

Anyone used a Gobi ladder while using a Prinsu Rack?
I feel like I may have seen a picture somewhere but cant seem to find it..if there was such a thing.
Ordered my rack a few weeks ago...Know their website says they are behind on orders because of holidays...understandable. Cant wait to join the Prinsu club.

I just installed the gobi ladder with my prinsu rack. Have about 1/2 inch of clearance or more. It isnt an issue at all.

The Gobi does barely, not in an annoying way but barely visible, just incase youre comparing between the two.

I had the same debate and went with the smaller ladder that seemed to attach better/cleaner. Either probably works great. Happy with the Gobi so far, no complaints.
