Another New Salsa Red..

Hello everyone,
This is my first post.
Last night I did all the paperwork to purchase a new 2005 Salsa Red SR5 4WD.

I leave work in about 10 minutes to finish it up, get it detailed, and drive it home for good.

Some of the options:
Roof Rack, heated seats, leather seats, shifter & steering wheel cover, double decker cargo sys, auto dimming rearview mirror w/ compass, DLR's, sunroof, and 17" alloys.

My wife and I are extremely happy with our decision. I've wanted a 4Runner since I graduated college back in '96. I finally own one! It will be the wife's daily driver, though..

Congrats on the new purchase. Hope you enjoy the new 4Runner. Red is becoming very popular on this board. Just a quick question, how are you getting heated seats on an SR5? I thought you could only get those on a Limited.

Congratulations on the new 4Runner! I bet Toyota's wondering why they didn't bring the red out sooner with so many people buying them!

I take it the leather and heated seats are part of the port-installed options? I would love to see pictures of both the interior and exterior when you get a chance!

Ok, Ok, here are the pics.
The weather is terrible up here, lots of rain, so its not even close to clean.


This is my dream garage, (except the size). My new 4Runner and my 77 Vette.


As far as the leather in the SR5 is concerned, they just let me add it.
You can even do it on their web site if you 'build your own'. Right now, its not in, but I have an appointment to swap it out.
