Any closeup pictures of Shockworks Sliders?

Anyone have close-up pictures of Shockworks Sliders? I have a black 2011 SR5 4x4 and have a concern . . . .

You must remove the rocker panels (SR5) in order to install the sliders. When doing so, you expose unsightly connection points to the front and rear remaining trim pieces (fender flares). Would like to see close-up pictures of either side (front and back) of where the slider meets up to these points of interest on a 2010-2011 SR5. The resultant pictures will help me make up my mind on the slider purchase.

Well I just installed the sliders on my SR5 and I'm not liking it at all!!!! I cut up the driver side rocker to make something work to hide the stuff that you dont want to see. I'm not done yet. I will post some pictuers of it with and without the cut up rocker. I looked and could not find any SR5 with the sliders. The only one's that I saw are the trails. So faw its $600.00 down the drain not including a new driver side rocker. This SUCKS!!!!:redbrick:

Well I looked some more and found out what people are doing. Some are putting TE plastic on and getting them painted. People are doing TE rocker's and flares. It looks like it cost over 300.00 not including getting them painted. Others are just rolling without doing anything at all. I think I will continue on working with my cut up rocker. Just to see if I can make something work out for me. If not I may do the TE plastic and paint. I will post some pictures Friday afternoon.

I would check and see if one of the other off-road companies has plans to build sliders for the SR5 and Limited -- if possible, without the extra expense of replacing replacing parts.. Budbuilt and Demello are few worth checking...

Just so you guys know, Rock road has some for the sr5/limited that need NO cutting.

I just went on Rocky Roads web page the sliders for the SR5 look good. You keep the rocker's the bars come under them. I do like the look of the TE with out the rocker's. Will have some pictures up soon.

I have seen a company, think its rocky road, that is doing sliders with the stock rocker in place. But boy that is a sacrifice on the ground clearance that I want.

Well thanks to mikey's2010SR5 I cut the rocker and it looks good. now I have to make a trip my Toyota dealer and order a new driver side rocker. I wish that I looked better on here before I cut my rocker. O well, it's only money you make it everyday. You just never make enough!

Grab a Dremel with a good blade and some painters tape to have a good guide line and take your time cutting.

This is driver side. Have to buy a new rocker.

I used a razor knife to cut the rocker. I just cut from the back side of the rocker. I found a nice line where the chrome ended and cut in a corner of the rocker.

Will try to get better pictures up in-between the rain drops. Lol

How so?

Toyota spec's the 4R at 9.6" for ground clearance and my pics show the sliders are 10.5" above the ground.
