Its an ARB Bumper ..If Im correct it is on fitted to a 4th gen Before the actual production units or maybe a land cruiser fitted to 4 runner.

That is AlexJet's truck

The bumper is an ARB Sahara bar Alex custom fit for the 4runner, I think it was originally made for a prado or lc, I know it wasn't designed for a 4th gen 4runner. I think he also fabbed the skids.
