Any mechanics recommended in Denver?

I need to have my intermediate steering shaft with U-joint replaced, as well as a power steering leak fixed on a high pressure hose.

I have the oem parts for the intermediate shaft but wasn't able to get the job done myself as I ran out of time. I checked with two local shops and they told me they would not use my parts due to liability concerns, which I get, but I'm hoping someone here has a mechanic I'm Denver that would be willing to give a quote and do the work with my parts.

If not I can pony up for one of these other shops.

Not sure who you ended up going with, but I used to use Comprehensive down by DU. I stopped going for a few reasons, but they usually did quality works and would let you supply parts.

I recently started going to All Pro on Colfax. The owner, Dave, was a dealership master Toyota Technician for decades and knows his stuff. Very fairly priced, and quality work.

Let us know if you went somewhere else and what your experience was!

Big Nick's in Centennial is good, but they don't generally use owner supplied parts either.

The supplying your own parts game used to be a lot more fun back when Rock Auto still shipped to Colorado.

That being said, I can't recommend double-checking Amayama against places like CamelBack though. I know, the site looks weird, and the parts come from warehouses in either Japan or the UAE, but the parts are legit and some of the prices are halved (like inner tie rods for example). The shipping of course takes a couple weeks, so not great if you're in a pinch, but just thought I'd throw that out there.
