Any noticeable changes with following wheels replacement?

I have an 07 SR5 2wd sitting on stock 16" and stock size tires. I'm contemplating purchasing a set of 5th gen Limited wheels 20" also on stock tires. Would I see any differrences in mpg? How about handling? I know the ride will be a tad big harsher with thinner tires. But anything else I should take into consideration? Thanks.

Are 2wd wheels 5 lug or 6 lug? Are you sure you can fit the 20s without a lift?

6 lugs, not sure if 4th gen even come in 5 lugs. I know the stock 5th gen LE wheels will fit without needing lift.

oh goodness. please ignore the above post. (You have 6 lug, and 20's will fit just fine without a lift). Only difference really is gonna be higher risk of scratching your wheels offroading (or mall crawling lol).

oh ya, and tires cost more for 20" wheels.

haha...certified mall crawler, in my case, hospital parking lot crawler. Yeah I know the tires cost will be outrageous, it really just a thought. My main desire is to have the stock 17" or the sport wheels 17". Tired of looking at my 16".

16" with beefy tires covered in mud can look cool, 16" on stock tires and only see pavement seems anemic.

lol i feel ya.. you might try some stock 4th gen 17's or 18's. You can prolly find a good deal and you can always paint them if you want . Personally, if i didnt have my super awesome fj trd tt 16's, id have 18's off a limited painted (or powdercoated) a gloss black
