You can buy new model with Bluetooth.

Mines works great for back view camera. I too have been interested in which head unit/backup cam system our 3rd Gen members are using. Sharing your specific pros/cons is helpful when there are so many choices, noone wants to have buyers remorse. Most of us using the Internet are aware and can " Google it ".

Like the OP, I too share the same interest in what others on the forum may have found to work for them or their application. Firsthand experiences is always helpful.... Yet when the immediately advice is "Google it" imo is helpful yet not very inviting to a conversation.

I got a Kenwood 890HD as a factory refurb from drive in auto sound for around $375. When they came out, they were like $1200 but now you can get them new for around $500 if its not a refurb.

Install is extremely simple. It has just about everything on it: HD radio, satellite radio ready, nav, bluetooth, USB, back up cam (additional item you have to buy, but its only like $20 online), DVD, CD. It came with a free two year warranty so I wasn't too concerned about it being a refurb as I can just return it and get a refund if it craps out in the next two years.

Overall, I'm satisfied. Ive had it for about 8 months and its pretty solid. It doesn't have any glitches like other double din units ive used.

Agreed... If question also include budget and 2 or 3 brand preference, question become easy to answer. Google mean checking old threads on this topic or checking sites which are build for this purpose like CNET or Amazon reviews.

Anyways, I am really happy with my unit. Sound quality is amazing even with stock speakers. It fit perfectly in there. Best of luck.
