Any tips for fixing broken wires on Washer Pump plug

Wipers are working but sometimes they turn on, on their own. (when it rains) Also, no wash fluid to front or rear.

I decided to take out the washer fluid container and noticed the female plug has some broken wires and some weird blue connector?

I am not good at electrical work. I have some spare wire, solder, heat shrink but not sure if I have enough wire left on the plug to fix. Can I even order this plug and rewire it, can't find a part number?

Any tips or info would be great on how to get these wires connected.

That blue connector is a aftermarket "tap" that is used to get power from an existing wire without having to cut, then crimp/solder and heat shrink the connection. IMHO they are totol junk and should never be used on the exterior or under the hood of a vehicle -- I don't like using them on the interior of a vehicle.
It looks like there are three wires going to the plug: red, black, and blue. The black appears to be cut. Is that right?

2. Cut out all wiring for that connection.

Thanks so much. It helped me figured out what it was. They had that wire going to my aftermarket daytime running light modules. The whole thing was corroded. I rewired, soldered everything and all is back up and running. Just had enough wire to play with.

For the record, Toyota sells repair wires, which are short lengths of wires with pre-soldered terminals that can be subbed into the connector housing. Figuring out which one to order is a bit of an art form, but I can help with that. I just had to redo my 4wd position switch plug on the T-case, as one of those thin wires broke after 19 years. Good news is the repair wire is still thin, but thicker gauge than was there from the factory.

Hey Antexity I was wondering if you could tell me the bottom two wire colors that come from the female connector and what position that they connect to the male connector, I have the same issue and need to fix my connectors but without the housing they are mixed up.
