Any videos on how to replace the front bumper?

Need to replace the front bumper, just the plastic cover, and am considering doing it myself to save a bit. I found a replacement bumper on ebay for under 300$ painted and delivered. I searched youtube hoping to find a video specific to Gen 4 4runners but no luck.
Anyone know of a video or good step by step instructions?

its easy once you start taking it apart. I was nervous but then it all just came off and i had it off within 10 min. Hardest part is knowing how hard to tug on it to free it from the clips.
