Any way to gain ground clearance?

I'm new to this forum - but have been reading feverishly to get up to speed.

I've purchased a new 2014 LE and would like to gain a little more clearance. Is there any simple way to do this without messing with the X-REAS?

Get bigger tires.

With a Limited you are limited (see what I did there!) to bigger tires, space lift if you want to keep X-REAS and replacing the LTD body parts with that of the trail.

I ripped xreas out and honestly haven't missed it. Other than that the others are correct on tires, but fitting is going to be a challenge without a lift. My opinion is choose if xreas or more clearance is more important. Don't think you are sacrificing much to go to a lift but that way you can get bigger tires on and gain a bit of clearance. Just be warned: one thing leads to the next...

I see you're from Toronto, so have to ask why you want more clearance over the 9.6 inches you've already got. Is it for looks, or do you plan on rock climbing? If it's for looks, save your money and take the advice already dispensed here. If it's for a purpose, there are very good explanations on what you can do (with pics) posted here already.

Welcome neighbor... Best your going to do with-out major changes would be a spacer lift and wheel/tire upgrade.....I sold my Ltd wheels two days in on kijij, covered the new wheels, BFG's and spacers.

Thanks guys (at least most of you ;-).

Hunting in the Canadian Shield is extremely rough - wanted the perks of LE for my wife 's daily commute - but want to be able to use this to get into moose country. I don't climb for the sake of glam shots - but to get deep into crown land on cut lines.
