Anybody in or close to Milton, FL for test fitting a Whitson Metalworks rack?

if you do make one are you going to make a 3rd set of feet for the very front, similar to gobi? it looks to me like the 5th gen front (area from rear of the sunroof to the windshield) is larger than the 4th gen, especially the stock mounting holes. Thanks, and I am looking forward to it if they make it in to production!

if needed, sure. I'd likely use the same setup I use on my 3rd gen racks which acts as a leveler and a support. the racks really dont need much support up there due to being so rigid but it helps to cut down on vibration as well i suppose.

Looks good....It has a similar bend in the front like the Gobis it looks like. That's one helluva light bar you put on there. :thumb:

Some people have put a double row led light bar on theirs that look really good. I was wanting a more low profile rack so i ordered a 40" single row bar and sent it to him so he could base the height of the top rail off the bar. This one is around 1/2" shorter in heigh than the other racks he has made. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Thanks momo! I'm communicating with a member and may end up building one without mounts, which he will then have mounted at a local fab shop. The mounts are what necessitates a truck on site to dial in.
