Anybody know what this is?

Just finished installing 4crawlers 1.5" bl and when I was putting all the panels back on I realized I have no idea what this is or where this goes. I thought it went under the brake pedal block but it doesn't fit with the screws there. Anyone know?

Maybe just to the right of the dead pedal under the carpet I think?
