anybody watch "truck night in america"

I love trucks shows and its a pretty good off road show. Lots of Yotas.
My only gripe is some of the challenges aren't exactly offroad related. Like the tug of war, of course the Toyota isn't going to win against a full size truck with 800 hp, wish they had more actual offroad related challenges.

Toyota just won the last episode. I think they realized it was unfair to have full sized trucks compete in certain competitions against mid sized rigs with small 4 cylinder motors. This episode was all mid sized rigs. Toyota won.

I love watching the show although the hosts are all clowns. I agree, the challenges are somewhat ridiculous. They could spruce it up by having a rock crawling section instead of the car graveyard.

Great entertainment value to see others thrash their rigs for such a small prize.

Yea, they need more rock climbs , steep hill climbs, mud, sand etc.

It is a pretty small prize at $10k to possibly destroy your truck.

While I agree with you, it kind of annoys me to hear them yelling and screaming...

The video editing could be a lot better in my opinion too. Lots of cinematic cuts.

I get tired of hearing the one guy say "he's giving a clinic" and the other guy saying "he's stuck"

the new episode was really good, another win for Toyota. I liked the new challenge they brought with the precise driving on the logs.

I watched the first 2 or 3 episodes. Couldn't stand the hosts/ pointless challenges so i stopped watching it. Thanks to Top Gear/ Grand Tour, I have high standards for my car shows.

The video editing makes me dizzy. They show more of the hosts screaming dumb stuff then the trucks. Most of them also have no idea what their talking about. The drivers mostly suck and baby their trucks. I can go on and on [emoji849]

it does get better in later episodes. It seems like they probably read peoples comments about it and made changes. Its not the greatest show, but its nice to have an offroad show.
