I've been running my XenonDepot headlights for just under a year now (bought 10/15/17) Followed the instructions and made sure all the socket adapters were clean and tightly connected.
Recently, I've been running into some issues. I dont offroad. Just city driving in chicago.
First, one if my relays fried. Came out one morning to find one of my headlights had been on all night. Pulled out the hid kit because I had no control over my headlights and found the plugs in my sockets had corroded as well.
Got in touch with xenondepot and they replaced my one relay. They also told me to scrub off the corrosion and reinstall with dielectric grease. Wasnt happy with this and pushed back, but they were adamant. Fine. Gave it a shot.
I've been having more issues since. My lights only work intermittently. I keep needing to resand and reconnect the sockets.
Sometime they turn off randomly. Other times they wont ignite at all. Very bad.
Anyone else encounter issues like this? I know xenondepot has a 3 year warranty. Should I pursue a replacement?
