Yes, I have ordered outer rockers from wolfe steel. I put a set on many years ago. They worked well. The only problem as of this time, Wolfe steel doesn't have the inner rocker. I asked if they could template a set. They gladly will but I would have to send a set up to them. I have a set here. However, I haven't taken the time to remove all the spot welds as the inner is actually spot welded to the floor and the outers in that pinch seam you see under the door seals. What I did was just make generic inner rockers ordered outers from Wolfe steel and I also used a 16 gauge 1 inch by 2 inch square bar. Then I cut the outer rocker off. Then cut the cancer all out and welded the inner back in. When i cut if off. I left about 1/2 inch below the floor. So i could weld a replacement inner back in. Then Welded that 1 by 2 inch bar from the end by the rear fender well all the way to the front support in the front fender well. Then after that was completed. I put the replacement outer rocker back on welded it on and then welded the inner an outer back together on the bottom pinch seam. With that 1 inch by 2 inch bar tying all 3 of those body mounts back together. You could probably epoxy the inner and outer rockers on as well. But I would weld that new support 1x2 bar in though. You can see how I did it on my build thread to give you ideas on how it can be done.

That's a project I've been contemplating on mine. Salt belt blues... 
I was sort of planning on removing the outer and inner sills and replacing it with a rectangular steel tube, with a little work on the ends to help it blend a little better. Sort of a sill-slider, sillider.

NJ would be like here extremely hard to find good inners. I guess I have to start working slowly on getting this template of inner to wolfe steel. As lots of folks including myself needs them. ( I need about 5 sets myself)
Just cut the old about half inch or so from the floor so you have metal to attach the replacements in. I once saw someone just cut that out and leave it out but i wont not recommend that unless you did what i did and put a 1 X2 steel bar in to weld to the 3 body mounts.
I am not making any promises because drilling out all these spot welds is a very very long process.
Hence why I haven't done it yet. Previologist

What would a welder charge for such a job? I don't weld and I have rust racing to the back doors

Depends on your area. Its mostly not cheap. This is why I learned to do it myself..
Its can be a very time consuming process. The average is $65 to $125 per hour. Most of the time is in removing bad steel and prepping the areas especially when fabrication is involvedBuffaloBass

It takes ALOT of time as you cannot weld it too quickly. Time = $$$ although i have not priced it.

You can glue panels on too with expoxy as well. I prefer welding myself.

What brand sway bar links are those? They look like they were designed during WW2. They look super stout.

they are for 2" lift,and i got them from Summit racing but cannot recall.

I just got my replacement panels from Wolf yesterday. It’s been too cold to really mess with them yet.
I’m split between cutting the wolf panels down or cutting my rockers up higher towards the floor pan. My bad spots are gone once I hit the dirt 90° ledge from the rounded part.
I made a thread today (without seeing this one first) that has some pics of my situation.
