Anyone experience something like this?

I have been noticing a small vibration/shuddering feel when at a stop and then turning left...ie after I start moving as I turn left and then when I straighten out everything is fine. Not sure if it is just something with my winter tires or not?

There is no snow down lately so I suppose it could be that?
