**Update: It's been fixed! Installed adjustable rear upper links, after a couple of adjustments, vibration is gone and truck is smooth at all speeds.
Hey Everyone I'm looking for a little help. I have a 2013 Trail (no kdss) and at about 300 miles I installed the Toytec 3inch lift kit with front coilovers and rear lift springs and Bilstein 5100's, front diff drop and Light Racing UCA's. I also have Spidertrax spacers 1.25inch.
Everything was installed at my dealer and they also did the alignment. On the alignment I got 0.0 camber to both front wheels and 3.9 on the caster for both fronts. Everything else is in spec. Truck tracks perfectly straight.
The truck has 265/70-17 General Grabber At2's on since new (I had dealer put them on prior to delivery).
Now here is the problem, while accelerating I get a bad vibration coming from the rear starting at approximately 25mph and going away at around 32-33 mph. Totally smooth before and after that.
I rotated and re-balanced the tires to rule them out. Took off the spacers and tried without them, no change. The vibration decreases if I let off the gas and is felt most during light acceleration. Also while slowing down to a stop you can feel the vibration as the truck slows past 32-33 mph all the way down to 25mph. Its only in the rear.
I ordered adjustable REAR Upper Links so I can adjust the pinion angle to see if it helps. Toytec Lifts said they never had anyone complain of vibrations with 5th Gen 4Runners with their 3inch lifts.
The truck now has 1100 miles and still has the vibration.
Any thoughts?
