Anyone got a pic of BFG KO2 275/70R17 on your 4R without lift?

I'm sure they will work with you, my factory duelers had good tread life left when I traded in for my Ko2s. You may get close to $200 or so!

I just traded mine in on a set of KO2 from discount. They gave me 300$ and waived disposal fees. My duelers had less than 200 on them.. Could have sold on CL or somewhere for more most likely but felt that was a fair deal and I didn't have to jack with it..

Now that you've had your Countersteers and 275/70s for a while, anything new to report? Have any rubbing issues developed? Other problems? I've just purchased the Countersteers and order 265/70s to be put on next week, but am debating going to 275s. Just trying to avoid issues. Thanks for the input.

Not sure about the KO2's but many tires have white letters on one side and black on the other. Just need to tell the shop you want black facing out when they mount them to your wheels.

Did you plastidip the stock wheels ? About pull the trigger on A 2017 off road premium and deciding if I should keep the wheels it comes with or exchange for black TRD wheels.

Hey all, new to the forum and recently picked up a ’17 TRD Off Road Premium. I will be keeping suspension stock, but will be purchasing the TRD Pro 17x7 rims. As far as wheels, I was thinking the 275/70-R17 E-Rating. But after reading this thread, maybe the 265/70-R17 ( E or C-Rating…which ever would minimize the rubbing if any??) Are any of you running with TRD Pro 17x7 with 275/70-R17 E-Rating and have no rubbing issues on/off road with stock suspension?

Totally happy with them. Have put them on the RAM 2500 and Jeep as well. Great all purpose tire for us.

Hey, couldn't be happier with these over the stock tires. I still mostly hwy/cty drive but wanted something for when I could get "out there."

This is correct, I just purchased yesterday from discount tire and they asked me whether I wanted the white or the black out. Simple as that!

I just realized that in 265mm sizes, these tires come in both C and E load ratings. But in 275mm, only E is available.

Seems like with how slow these vehicles are, a lighter tire (C rated) would be more ideal. What is everyone's thoughts on load rating? Am i making a bigger deal of the weight differences than I should be?

The 265/70s in C load range ride great and really feel like the stock tires. I run mine at about 38psi, and I don't have any extra weight (racks, skids, etc.) added to the vehicle.

There are lots of complaints about the harsher ride of the E load range tires, and probably for good reason since those are made for 1 ton duallys essentially.


However, buyer beware on opinions on this stuff. There are plenty of dudes that run 3" OME heavy suspension on stock UCAs, E load MTs at 50psi.
