You will find most that have 20" rims with that lift were folks with Xreas. The majority of folks on this site that lift do so to off-road and subsequently change to a 17" rim if they started with a 20".
Those with Xreas that lift say the ride is like stock, but I doubt you would want to go off-road very hard given risks of damaging shocks.

I have a 3" lift with 20" rims. Love the ride. Feels like stock. I thought it would be stiff and noisy, but it's not.

Now that I've had this truck a few weeks, I can give you a real answer instead of the flippant, jerk-style response I originally gave.
Fell in love with a custom SR5 at the dealership. It had a 3" lift with Fuel 20" rims and 295/55/20 Toyo open country tires. Probably completely useless off road, but the heart wants what the heart wants.
I'm getting 16 mpg city, 18 mpg highway. Acceleration is slow... much slower than the stock 2008 Sport I used to have. The ride is nice, though. It's a little noisy on the highway but not as bad as I thought it would be.

Nice to see another fellow San Antonio member here. 16-18 is average I would say. I have a 2016 TRD PRO and that about what I'm getting. On a longer highway trip i have gotten 19.7.

God, makes me smile when I see my mpg. My step mother has an H2 that she uses to play bumper cars in winter. I think she gets like 6-8mpg lol.
