I have the plastic lower piece in good condition, Its yours if you can find the metal Upper half of the bumper

I have a 99 bumper, with the chrome upper piece and the lower valance that is straight but has a little surface rust on backside. I took the turn signals out to use on my tube bumper. I'm in alamogordo, nm but travel to tucson frequently. If you're interested.
