Anyone have the 6yr 100000 warranty on the stock tires

I have 56000 and they are about gone on the front. I got it with 40000 so I dont know how often they were rotated. Hopefully they will give me new tires and I can trade them for bigger ones.

Can you be more specific WRT the warranty? I dont think they cover wear items like tires, brakes, etc. Unless you have something different.

This was a warranty offerd when it was brand new. I transfered all warrantys in my name. I just need to know if anyone has used their warranty yet.

Im sorry, just not understanding this. Is this a road hazard warranty? Or an overall "anything goes" tire warranty? Is it via Toyota or dealer or? Ive never heard of warranting tires for XX,XXX miles against wear.

Ive never heard of this. Go try it out. I dont understand why toyota would gurantee the tires for 100k miles when there only rated for 50-60k miles..

I do have the LandCar warranty tho which pretty much covers any engine component (engine, tranny, axles, etc), minor dents and dings, window chips, and tires (if they blow-out).

Warranty on the tires will only cover defects (ie: blowout). Not wear and tear. So if you show up at 90K miles with bald, yet inflated rotating rubber, that's just normal wear and tear and don't expect free replacements out of it.

agree, it just like expecting free oil changes just because of drivetrain warranty :lmao:

Never mind on this. I went to the dealer and asked. Its good for 100,000 miles on the Dunlops that come on it. But the dealership and only the dealership has to rotate the tires every 5000 miles and its good only for the original owner.
