The following are the terms and conditions for participating as a subscriber of the Hits 4 Pay program. Hits 4 Pay reserves the right to revise any or all of this membership agreement (its prices, and its sales, marketing, and commission plan at any time) from time to time. Amendments are effective and binding upon being published on this website page.
Upon creation of a Hits4Pay Member account, all applicants must be Approved manually by an account representative. Hits4Pay reserves the right to deny any application at any time there has been a violation of our Terms Of Services.
TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Subscriber commissions shall be paid by company check only. Checks are distributed monthly when members reach the minimum of 25.00. There is a $2.00 check fee when a check is sent.
2. The signup bonus of $10 will only be paid to members when member's total commissions reaches $25. Commissions earned that are less than minimum required will be carried over into the next month.
3. An individual becomes a Hits 4 Pay subscriber by completing and submitting the online membership application. You must have a valid e-mail address and be subscribed to our mailing list at all times.
4. You must click the "credit" link included in paid e-mails to earn credit for reading the e-mail advertisement.
5. As a subscriber you may receive as many as 5 e-mails a day but we cannot guarantee any certain amount.
6. You must be 18 years of age or older to join Hits 4 Pay. If you are not 18 years of age and this is found out your account will be terminated.
7. No Spam! Anyone reported for Spam will be removed from the program and forfeit all unpaid commissions. Hits 4 Pay in no way participates in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all subscribers are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in termination of this agreement, and immediate removal of the subscriber and loss and forfeiture of all earned earnings and commissions.
8. Any account inactive (without reading emails) for a period of 3 months or more will be deleted from the system.
9. Your right to privacy is very important to Hits 4 Pay. Your personal information will never sold or distributed to outside parties.
10. There is no cost associated with membership with Hits 4 Pay.
Hits 4 Pay reserves the right to discontinue taking applications for subscriptions at any time for any reason, or may limit registrations partially or totally in any region of the world.
11. No subscriber may have more than one account per household.
12. Hits 4 Pay will manage and track all referrals under this program and shall have the final word in any disputes regarding referrals.
13. Hits 4 Pay makes subscriber commission payments based of current and future advertising revenue. Commissions are directly related to the advertising revenue generated by Hits 4 Pay and its partners.
14. All state local and federal taxes on earnings or contests are the responsibility of the individual subscriber. All affiliates US residents And Non US residents must fill out the appropriate fields in this form to receive affiliate commission checks. Non US residents can leave the TIN field blank. No one will be sent a check, in the United States, without this info.
All subscribers will receive a 1099 form for any monies earned throughout the year.
15. Hits 4 Pay reserves the right to revise any or all of this membership agreement from time to time. Disagreement with such revisions will prohibit you from maintaining your membership with Hits 4 Pay. Your continued use of the benefits of membership without indicating a disagreement in the member update will signify your acceptance of the membership agreement and revisions.
16. Hits 4 Pay will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
17. Hits 4 Pay subscribers are expressly prohibited from making any representations regarding the income, possible "prizes", "awards", or "points" or "earnings" potential of subscribing.
18. Any subscriber who wishes to terminate their subscription may do so by logging onto our members area and and clicking 'Delete My Account'. Resignation or termination of any Hits 4 Pay subscription results in the permanent loss of the rights to his or her organization, earnings or rewards.
19. (NEW) Members who fail to login and read advertiser's messages for a period of 2 months (60 days) will be temporarily de-activated. Members will also be notified of this by email with instructions to activate their account.
20. (NEW) Any advertisement which reaches the limit that the advertiser has paid for will not be credited to members. In order to get credited for all ads posted or sent out, we recommend that Hits4Pay members read their emails within 2 days of receiving it.
