Anyone know how to contact Toyota?

I'm getting the runaround from all the local dealers I've contacted, trying to resolve this problem with my 06 nav system losing its GPS signal. The advice I've been given is to call Toyota's local regional whatever office, basically going over the dealer's head.

Can anyone tell me exactly what type of person this is, their title or whatever, and how to go about finding them? I'm in southern California, Orange County, if that makes any difference. Thanks.

It's on the first page of your owner's manual:

The "regional office" you were referred to would be the Toyota Motor Sales regional office. Every geographic sales region (except Leith(sp?) in North Carolina) has a TMS sales office and your dealer has a district sales manager and a district parts and service rep. assigned to them. Getting in touch with either contact should get you the service you are looking for.

I would call the dealership asking for this information. If they don't give it to you then try the next nearest dealer, should be in the same region - same rep and manager.
