I believe I found this answer on this forum or in the owners manual. I couldn't find it in the 10 seconds I looked but I'd check the search function or dig through the book in your car

This is stated in the OM as a customizable feature that the dealer can turn on or off for you, unless you have Techstream access yourself.

Our 2013s are old school, changing the door locks requires a visit to a dealer or using TIS to change the setting. I changed mine to lock after moving and getting up to 12 mph and to only unlock the the doors from the inside when going into park.
The doors will open from the inside if the driver's door is opened within 10 seconds. If you are slow, the passengers get frustrated. They can't handle the concept of pushing the unlock button by their door handle. Kind of entertaining sometimes. You can push the unlock button if needed.

The auto door locks when putting into drive or park can be changed by you. The instructions are in the user manual and involves the shifter, the key and the door lock switch. Timing is everything. If it says within 5 seconds in means 5 seconds. If you want to invest in modifying other features that do need the dealer to do (like removing the ECO graph) you can invest in an ODB2 adapter and the Carista program. search here for carista for a list of what it can do

Ordered one as well. Worked perfectly but the options are limited. It isn't the dongle or the app but the ECU itself.
