Looks like an ad for a third-party warranty offering. Does not look official to me -- Toyota sends in an envelope and directs you to the dealership.

If you look at the one side, it clearly says it's from Great Atlantic Warranty, Inc. A quick Google search gives you their home page (http://gawarranty.com/).

The web page makes my first impression to be correct.

Yeah ignore it. It looks very similar to the one I received. It looked legit at first, but the more I looked at it it was difinitely 3rd party.

and it didn't make sense they were sending it to me since i have the 7yr/100k warranty and I'm only at 17k...

It's either Spam or Phish bait. Either way it goes into the trash.
