Anyone running 18" wheels?

First off, we just purchased a 2016 SR5 and absolutely love it, along with all the info on this site. Thank you everyone. Upgraditis has infected me before we even signed the docs at the dealership. My question about wheels is this, who is running 18" wheels on their vehicles? I'm trying to decide if I should:

a. Put 265/70R17 BFG AT T/A KO2s on the stock wheels
b. Replace stock wheels with new 17" Method Grids or FN TRDs and 265/70R17 BFG AT T/A KO2
c. Replace stock wheels with new 18" Method Grids and 265/65R18 BFG AT T/A KO2s that I previously purchased for my truck.

I've been looking around the site and almost every build I see has 17" wheels. Any advice or opinions on the 18s is appreciated.

Smaller wheels = More rubber = more comfort and traction off road.

I've got 18" wheels on my 4th gen as they are the stock OEM size for the Limited model. I would LOVE to be able to go down to 16" with bigger rubber, as the 18s are incredibly bumpy off road. I love them for on-road, though. Eventually I'll switch to a committed set of 17's for off-road use and use my 18s with street tires on them for road trips.

I'll sell you my stock '16 Trail rims for 400. Only about 400 miles on them. I'll split the cost of shipping with you.
