Anyone Running Polk Audio?

I've got their DB series and am very happy with them, I have it noted in my signature I just put them in last weekend. The MM series have a higher power requirement. Either way running an amp to them would be best.

Good to hear you are enjoying the DB series, More power is partially why I am interested in them, the main reason is for their higher sensitivity. I am already running 75 watts RMS to each door but that isn't enough for me, I need a higher sensitivity speaker and more POWER:guitar3::drummer:

Mm 6500

I've had the Polk MMC6500's in my 07 for a year now and they are great.
I purchased them from Crutchfield because they give you all the adaptors & mounts. I was amazed at the bass they put out. I would recomend you add some Sound deadening to the front doors....

I running an Alpine mpr450 amp and I'm sure the Polks could handle more.

I have the DB series as well ,they are awesome speakers . Only thing is they require some wattage behind them . I run 75 continuous through each of the fronts and they sound fantastic !

Glad to hear good things about polk:reddance:

I have had nothing but good experience with their many lines of Home Theatre equipment but haven't hear much about their Car Audio stuff. I will most likely end up with 4 sets of MM series components and two 12" SR series subwoofers as well as around 2000 watts RMS worth of amps!:guitar3:

Also, sound deadening is in the works.

I will be sure to post up some Pics when I'm done.

Thanks
