lol. i dont really understand this vortex thing? Is it some kind of strange optical illusion??

Is this related to that place where the gravity is supposed to be 'different' and things will lean at strange angles and stuff?

I think it has something to do with magnetic forces bending light or something crazy like that. I have been meaning to get down there. Looks like a trip.

Yeah they base it off of Ley Lines which when those lines meet they are supposed to be energy hotspots. I dunno, just interesting and fun. So now you should go check it out and report back lol

Oregon Vortex!!!! Right around Roseburg Oregon or Medford. I've been there but never got a chance to go inside, they were closed. The Oregon Vortex and location of the House of Mystery

Lake Shasta is pretty cool in Norcal too.

Yeah it's some weird magnetic hotspot. I remember reading that in certain spots, I think inside that shack, balls roll uphill and weird stuff like that. Pretty cool though, there are only a couple spots in the world like that. I've always wanted to check it out and the time I actually made it, it was closed. I was pissed lol.

There's also Wildlife Safari around Roseburg area. That place is pretty cool, depends on how much time you have though.

I totally will (when it reopens)

We have a place like that located close to where I live. Gravity tours, The Mystery Hole What is it?
I have not been there since I was a teen but from what I can remember I could not explain it. I am going back there this spring, hoping my older, wiser self will understand better what amazed me in my youth. Cool place for sure. The Mystery Hole. What a name.

So I was looking for a you tubed south park quote from the gingervitis episode and came across this video. No idea what videos they are referring to about their son posting but I thought this was hilarious. (they are obviously joking, but nonetheless funny)

EDIT: I looked it up... lol they are referring to this lil rascal! I didn't even know this was the kid south park was making fun of in the gingervitis episode hahaha

Is it a good time to buy a tv?

I'm thinking if upgrading but the more I read about 4k ultra hd, OLED and glasses free 3D the more I'm unsure. I mean, all of those things will be absurdly expensive for the first year or so but I'm not sure how long they will take to drop in price.

Plasmas are sweet and Panasonic makes the best plasmas out.

Don't play video games on it for extended periods of time, especially ones with a heads up display or leave anything paused on the tv for any amount of time bc burn in still happens even though they say it's resolved on new models, it's not at all.

My Sony Bravia has a sensor in it that turns the tv off if you leave the room and turns back on when you walk in. I've never had it turn off sitting still watching a movie either.

My tv is watching me watching it...spooky.

^I dunno man, I had a plasma before this one too. I play games on it all the time. I occasionally would have some Image Retention from the HUD of the game or any image left on teh screen for awhile (Like when connected to my computer) but IR is different from burn in. Never had an issue with burn in.
