I haven't been on here since last night. Did I miss something in the moderators gone wild thread? It seems to have been "moved" and I can't find where.

Step 1 (optional): Choose the alcohol that will cause the least hangover problems
There are tons of types of alcohol but most common ones are represented here. What you choose can make a huge difference in how you feel the next morning. Some alcohols have a lot more toxic byproducts from fermentation than others. They are, in order from best to worst: Vodka, gin, tequila, whiskey, other distilled spirits, champagne, dry white wine, white wines, red wines, dessert wines, beer.
Tragically, beer has the most toxins of any common alcoholic beverage…
Step 2: (critical) Block the conversion of alcohol into aldehyde, the most hangover-causing metabolite that also causes very fast aging
Before each drink, take one Vitamin C capsule, along with N-Acetyl Cysteine.
Step 3: Do more if you want
Add Vitamin B-1 and/or Alpha Lipoic Acid before each drink, or at least before your first and after your last drink. The most powerful detoxer for the liver I know of is lipoceutical glutathione. That’s what I use if I drink.
Step 4: Mop up what’s left
Take 4 capsules of Activated Charcoal after you’re done drinking (or if you chose beer or wine, take 1 capsule with each drink)
That’s all it takes. If you only do step 2 and any other step, you’ll probably feel ok the next morning. If you do all the steps, expect to feel Bulletproof – even better than you feel on a normal morning.

Gotta love the transparency of SV_Dude. He moved Mods Gone Wild thread into limbo status (aka private subforum for mods only) to prevent people from reading it. Nice.
I am quite tired of your trash talk! If you think you can do as you please on this board and not follow the rules, you are very wrong!
Would you delete a thread if it made you look like a unfit unworthy biased moderator?
Is he lying about the thread? I don't see anything wrong with his statement above if that is in fact true.
Nothing much, I guess they didn't like it so they closed it, then erased my subsequent thread on the same topic. That brings us to this thread.
Unrelated; I just read this and am curious to try it. Think it'll actually work?
Well said!! :thumb3:Manipulation is an art and their are several books that will aid some of you in further communications. Others here have apparently already read those books and are using it to their full advantage lol. I read the thread yesterday. Do you know how silly some of you guys sound? Not even at the high school level. More like middle or grade school. Take a deep breath, count to three and think about what you are trying to say.
Short lesson:
Back in the day I was a newly appointed Chief Engineer. I was mad at someone's response and I took the letter to our VP of Engineering. He read it and asked how I would respond. I told him my blistering response and he said "Then go ahead and write the letter. Put that letter in your drawer until tomorrow, re-read it and if you still want to send it go ahead." I took his advice and re-read it the next day and it was pretty stupid so I did not send it. The lesson here is to think before you respond. If you read a post you think is bad in some shape, way or form do not respond right away. Go do something else for an hour or so after reading it. Open it back up and if you still feel your response is warranted then send it. I can almost guarantee you will send a much better and clearer response if you wait. Good luck guys!
