Anything special do I need to know about when replacing all 5 TPMS?

My air pressure warning light is blinking which means its malfunctioning. I am going to replace all 5. I found these. I am putting new tires on my ride, well they get here tomorrow, but I will wait to put em on so I can do it all at once. I will be getting a shop to put my tires on so hopefully they give me a break on installing TPMS. Do i need to buy anything else with these and are these the right ones for my 07 sport 4x4? I don't want them to take all the tires off and them end up being the wrong ones. And if anyone knows were to get them cheaper that would be amazing! Thanks in advance for the help.
