Installed front and rear override, mounted a front camera in my grill, and used the harness to override the GPS Safety Feature - Love it - Thanks for the harness deals - they worked flawlessly!
I only had to swap my green/red wires on the AOB switches to get the top lights to work as expected...consider this mod complete!

VSS wire is G9 #3 it is sea blue and can be cut and run to a switch...since you have to cut the wire, I cut the wire on the Anytime backup harness and ran to a SPST switch. This should work 2014+
Overrides the safety feature that disables half of the features of the Nav unit...press this button while driving allows you to enter addresses, search for points of interest, and scroll unlimited pages of pandora stations without having to stop the vehicle...after your done with using the nav, press the button again so the GPS picks up the speed of the vehicle again. This only affects the GPS location, it works well and reconnects within seconds.

Funny, I had plans to run the same 2 SPST switches from ARB that you have (I also have the harness for both the front and the rear camera. How well does the color match the stock lighting?
Which camera did you purchase btw? And, do you have pictures of it mounted?

It's a bit brighter than stock lighting but still close enough for my wife to mention "oh the lights even match". I don't think there is a better option out there.
I picked up this camera TOPTIERPRO TTP-C12B https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018800TR2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_IH0Rzb6RZP59Y, it came with a mount and more cable than I needed. I bent the mount for the right angle and picked up some small black Allen head bolts from Home Depot to clamp it on the grill. I ran power back to the cabin with a fuse tap on an ignition source (p/outlet).

I had it behind the grill at first but the angle wasn't good enough to show how close I was parking to objects. It works better being in front of the grill

The radar shouldn't be a problem as long as you don't block it, but I'm not sure the harness will work with the new head unit.
The guy sells a new kit that is compatible with the 2020 head unit. That’s the one I am going to buy but I’m not sure where I can mount it because the radar cruise is centered and pretty tall so there isn’t a lot of grille space left in the center. Haven’t found any pics of a 2020 with the camera installed either so was hoping someone’s done it or seen it done.
If you got a pro you can mount it on the upper grille, otherwise you can mount it on the side of the radar. doesn't need to be perfect center unless it's something that would bother you.
If you don't have the pro you can buy the pro grille and mount it on the upper piece.
I have an SR5 but I already did the OEM pro grille mod so that could be an option. I’ll have to take a look at the space left on the upper grille. Also just heard back from anytime backup camera, and he suggested the front license plate frame could be used. Not sure if that will be too low to the ground or not. Probably gonna have to play around with it.
For future readers, I was able to mount on the upper grill portion. I haven't yet connected all the wires up, but this mounting location looks great. Based on the camera angle I think it will clear the TOYOTA lettering just fine. To install it you'll need to take off the upper grill and cut out a good bit of plastic from the black inwards-facing piece. It looks pretty good in my opinion and almost OEM, doesn't stand out at all like I was worried it might.

I was thinking of mounting my camera in the same spot. How did this camera view end up working out for you once you had it all connected?
It worked Okay. Not perfect, as the view doesn’t clear the lettering. It’s still useful for some situations but it’d be better if it was farther forward. I may adjust it later.
