Is there a cap on the number of rigs for this run ?

Nope... the more people we can get outside using our trucks as intended the better, if a large enough group attends we will likely split into 2 smaller groups for sections of the route, same goes for camping. Just know if your coming and bringing a friend in a j**p [MENTION=117408]Oneluv13T4R[/MENTION] is gonna have to bring extra recovery gear, he doesn't like that very much hahaha.

And to add to that, the more people that commit the longer EVERYTHING takes. Even piss breaks

The route we are running is very very easy, just gonna be a fun 2 days driving around the desert so that is working in our favor in terms of time management

Also as the date draws nearer I'm going to update the list with those who are committed to camping so we can try to plan ahead to find a suitable spot

That's right nevermind...listen here pal, when you decide to plan your own run that's when you can have an opinion!! you can put the dates in the title and on every page if you like since it's so important to YOU and nobody else as far as I can tell. So until then keep your opinions to yourself and zip the lip. The only thing I need and should hear in response to this run is whether or not you will be attending and/ or camping at MY planned T4R meet and camping run in Anza Borrego. JANUARY 14,15 2017

January's pretty rough for me schedule wise. The school I teach at has a winter break from this Friday until Valentines day, so it's always hard finding things to do in January, or well maybe I just enjoy doing nothing.

That being said if anyone wants to do another Anza run or Moon Valley in addition to this let me know.

I've done Anza (or at least a few parts of it) with [MENTION=117408]Oneluv13T4R[/MENTION]. Did the devil's climb and whatnot. No camping that day. Just a pile of poop in my pants.

I grew up riding dirtbikes in ocotillo, so I'm not totally unfamiliar with the area but I'll admit... I haven't taken a truck much further than fish creek wash.

Are these trails too much for a bone stock 4wd sr5? I don't want to be a drag to the group, nor do I want to beat up my new truck too much before I get some proper equipment

The entire planned route is stock friendly and you wouldn't be dragging anyone down. Definitely not gonna beat up your truck out there unless driver error from not paying attention to what's in front of you.

Yep, planned it out so that anyone that wants to take off after day 1 or meet up for day 2 can do so without much hassle
