Ohhhhh, I'm intrigued now, especially if you're right. I mean, I thought the smurf theory was pretty good. I'm guessing you rubbed up against something when you were stuck or when we were shooting.

Mine had a blue tint to them too, Cole the photographer and I were talking about it because his tires were blue also...spit it out Miah what is it?!?!?

Yeah that's weird, I don't remember my tires being blue when I was washing the mud off yesterday.

It's the rattle can paint off of my shovel I had just put a couple fresh coats on it a couple days before...when I was digging out his tire, I was using his tire as leverage when prying up big sections of dirt. I had it on my hands as well from gripping and sweaty palms...lol

I don't think it was that...there were at least 2 others that had blue on the tires. But I'm pretty sure if I use my degreaser, scrub brush, and tire shine it will take it off.

My tread is still blue. Sidewall I cleaned up along with the buckets and buckets of mud yesterday. Great photos, thanks to everyone capturing the fun.

So looked into it....apparently its from heavy metals in the dirt reacting with the rubber...when its on the tire it turns it blue. It doesnt happen to all tires and not all mud does it. It can be removed with degreaser and a good scrub brush then tire dressing to bring it back and protect it.
